ARTcade: An Arcade, Bar, and Art Gallery In One Location!
As someone who grew up first with an Atari5200 and then a Nintendo I have a special affinity for classic video games. ARTcade (which is opens this Friday) will be bringing a completely unique experience to South Florida by combining an Arcade, Art Gallery, and Bar in one great location! With over 60 classic games such as Gallaga, Qbert, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders and Frogger at only .25 cents a play, nostalgic gamers will be quite happy! Owned by Cabaret South Beach proprietor Edison Farrow and partner Ed DeCaso, the arcade-meets-bar will also showcase local talent as an art gallery. Combine all of the above with a full liquor bar, $5 dollar craft beers, and NO COVER...Sounds like a winning combination to me! We're excited about this!
