Miami Heat's Chris "Birdman" Andersen To Opt Out Of Contract
To say the Miami Heat have some decisions to make is an understatement...
Aside from figuring out the situation with The Big Three Miami may lose Andersen, one of the players we all figured would be a guaranteed return.
Sources say Birdman will opt-out of his contract (turning down $1.45 million in the process) to become a free agent and explore his options. Andersen took a large paycut to be with the Heat but now that he’s proven himself a valuable asset other teams may lure him away.
