The Estefans Future Downtown Building and Restaurant
As the Estefans prepare to close down Bongos cafe at the end of this month they have also revealed the initial sketches and renderings of the future tower that they are planning on building a few blocks away from the Arsht Center.
The exact floor count of the building is currently awaiting zoning clarifications so the actual floor count is currently not established. What is established is the building will hold the new corporate offices for all of the Estefans’ ventures as well as their new restaurant, Estefan Kitchen. The building will also have a hotel and a rooftop swimming pool.
