Club Madonna Shut Down For Six Months
Miami Beach City Manager Jimmy L. Morales has issued a six-month “Order Revoking Occupational License: Business Tax Receipt and Certificate of Use” to Leroy C. Griffith, the Registered Agent and President of Club Madonna, located at 1527 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139.
Recent allegations have sprung up accusing them of having a 13 year old runaway girl as one of its dancers.
Vilbert Jean, 36, Marlene San Vincente, 22, and DeWayne Ward, 18, Have been charged with human trafficking, delivering a controlled substance to a person under 18, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and lewd and lascivious conduct on a person less than 16. They all face life in prison if convicted.
Reports say the trio kept the teen against her will for almost a month and forced her to have sex, use drugs, and dance at Club Madonna. The underage girl performed for three weeks under the name "Peaches" and was never asked for any identification of any sort. San Vincente worked as a stripper for 2 years at Club Madonna and brought her along as a "friend".
The young girls captors threatened her on multiple occasions with guns as a source of "motivation" to meet her nightly quota of $500.
